Abstract: This issue studies the regulation of work and the nature of regulatory authorities in the construction sector. Public institutions, intermediary bodies and private actors acted in various ways upon labor markets, sometimes in cooperation, sometimes in competition, sometimes openly in conflict, all involved in different ways in the regulation of work and the supervision of the labor force, which is realized in the articulation between the different agents on the ground.
