The Invisibility of Translation in the Creative Process with Texts Translated in Santiago de Chile (2014-2016)

This article analyses some of the issues concerning the relationships established between translated theatre texts for the stage and directors and actors, in the creative processes of four directors in Santiago de Chile between 2014 and 2016. It questions the practices of the latter about the text as well as their speeches relating to the translation practice, and the modalities of dramaturgical work and staging.
