This article focuses on the possibility of integrating translated texts, alongside texts in the original language, into a corpus dedicated to literary subgenres such as crime fiction or science fiction. To this end, it is necessary to identify the translation effects that may lead to translationese. These effects are measured through a textometric approach, distinguishing them from cultural features that may mark the geographical origin of a text.
