  • Abstract: The Robert Brio is a unique dictionary of lexical morphology, which presents a nomenclature made up of words and bound lexical elements. The formal and semantic relations between form and meaning (between words, between elements, and between words and elements) are mapped out by means of groupings and cross references. This dictionary thereby constitutes a unique academic and learning instrument for lexical orthography inasmuch as it draws directly on both morphology and lexical competence.
