« Trové l’avum mis en tist » Comment réduire notre ignorance du lexique de l’anglo-normand

The revision of the Anglo-Norman Dictionary (ANDi), already well under way, constitutes an update at the level of methodology and initiates broader reflections on lexicographic and Anglo-French lexicographic perspectives. Supported by examples, this article demonstrates the level of revitalisation produced by the re-reading of already established texts, the discovery of new texts, and the exploitation of multilingual texts.
