Benjamin Fondane (1898-1944) travelled to Argentina twice (1929 and 1936). He published in Argentina journals some texts in Spanish which cover his three main activities: movie, philosophy, poetry. This paper analyses the literary context in which he was presented and his poetry of Ulysses revitalised by the adaptation project of Don Segundo Sombra.
